Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how GFX Toolkit ("we", "us", or "our") handles user information and data when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
GFX Toolkit is designed to prioritize user privacy and data security. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers.
- Local System Metrics: The app monitors hardware metrics locally on your device (such as RAM usage, battery temperature, display refresh rate, and ping latency) strictly to display live performance metrics on the optional Floating HUD overlay.
- ADB Local Socket Data: Android Debug Bridge (ADB) commands executed within the app run locally on your device. No device logs, terminal outputs, or system configuration details leave your local device.
- Package Information: The app queries installed games and applications locally to allow per-game graphics customizer profiles and auto-boost triggers. This list is processed locally and never uploaded anywhere.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertisements
Our application integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for GDPR/CCPA consent handling.
- Google AdMob: AdMob may collect and use pseudonymous device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) for ad serving and analytics purposes in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Device Permissions & Usage
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Overlay Permission): Required solely to render the floating performance stats HUD over active games.
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Required to maintain the optional auto-boost game launch watcher and active ADB local socket connection while gaming.
- INTERNET & ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required to establish local Wi-Fi ADB pairing/connection and fetch non-personalized AdMob ads.
4. User Rights & Data Control
You can revoke permissions (such as Overlay or Notification access) at any time through your Android System Settings. To reset personalized ad choices, you can reset your Advertising ID in your device's Google Settings.
5. Children's Privacy
GFX Toolkit is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
