- Storage & Media Access: The App requires access to read files stored on your device to discover and display your .djvu files.
- Local Application Data: Your recent file lists, reading preferences, bookmarks, and notes are saved locally using device storage (SharedPreferences) and are never uploaded to any external server.
2. Third-Party Services & Advertising
To support app development and keep core features accessible, DjVu Reader integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic data, and coarse location data to deliver relevant ads and prevent fraud in compliance with Google Play Services policies.

The App requests only necessary permissions required for its operation:
- Storage Permissions (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used exclusively to scan, open, and render DjVu files on your device and save exported PDF/image files.
- Internet Permission: Used solely to load banner, native, and interstitial advertisements via Google AdMob.
4. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or trade your personal data or documents to third parties. All file rendering and document processing occur locally on your device hardware.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
