This privacy policy applies to the CHM Viewer/Reader app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Developing Nepal (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.

2. Third Party Access
The Application does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob (Advertising)

3. Permissions
The Application requires "Storage" permissions to scan for and open .chm files stored on your device. It also requires "Internet" permission for downloading files from URLs and displaying ads.

4. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
